Our Research

The heart of meaningful progress

Evidence-Informed Practice

Research is at the heart of meaningful progress. After decades of prohibition, psychedelic studies are once again emerging as an exciting area in science and mental health, with psilocybin showing particular promise in supporting healing, deepening self-understanding, and nurturing connection.

For us, research is not an abstract exercise. It is a living part of our work. By bridging practice with science, we hope to generate insights that strengthen therapeutic training, inform best practice, and contribute to the global conversation on psychedelic care.

Psychedelics are powerful tools, and robust research ensures their use is safe, ethical, and grounded in evidence. It also helps destigmatise these experiences and create pathways for their responsible integration into society.

Current Research

Psilocybin &
Attachment Patterns

We’re currently partnering with Sebastiaan van Bruchem at the University of Maastricht to explore how a high-dose psilocybin experience in combination with the ETI Method™ may relate to attachment patterns.

This naturalistic study will take place within our group retreats in the Netherlands. Participants will be invited to contribute to research before, during, and after their retreat experience.

The study will use validated measures to examine areas such as attachment, wellbeing, and connectedness, alongside participant reflections over time. The purpose of this research is to contribute to a deeper understanding of how these experiences relate to human attachment processes.

Lead Researcher: Sebastiaan van Bruchem
