Psychedelic Practitioner Training: Core
The fundamentals of psychedelic facilitation and care
First-hand experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness
Are you a practitioner looking to begin or expand your expertise in working with psychedelics? Starting in February 2026, our Core program offers a comprehensive, practice-driven immersion into the fundamentals of psychedelic facilitation.
Through two modules — an 18-week Education Module and a 4-day Experiential Retreat — you’ll be guided through the full arc of practice: from screening and preparation, to dosing-day facilitation, to post-journey integration. Along the way, you’ll work with therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed approaches, while developing the ethical grounding and embodied confidence to practise with safety and integrity.
Integrate psychedelics into your professional and personal life
Our programs are designed to provide a deep understanding of both the theoretical foundations and practical applications of psychedelic-assisted care. You’ll gain insights from expert instructors, participate in interactive online lectures and intervisions, and engage in immersive retreats to apply what you've learned. With a focus on holistic training, small group sizes, and opportunities for hands-on experience, this program offers a unique blend of knowledge and practice to equip you with the skills needed for professional growth in this emerging field.

Our belief
The training for mental health practitioners is a combination of training in which therapists experience the transformative power of a high dose of psilocybin-containing truffles by themselves, and apply their insights to their own lives and their professional work with others.
We believe that experiencing a psychedelic session in a safe and supervised way is important to fully understand its magnitude. You will also experience being a psychedelic facilitator and what that entails, you will expand your knowledge about psychedelics and psychedelic-assisted therapy, and gain the skills to navigate the different levels of the unconscious
Accreditations
The ETI Practitioner Training is the first program in the Netherlands to be accredited by FGzPT, NVP, and NVvP—three leading bodies in the field of psychology, psychotherapy, and psychiatry. This accreditation applies to our Education Module, which includes 18 in-depth online lectures and reflects the quality and relevance of our training. International participants may apply for recognition of these credits (CE/CPD) with their local professional bodies.

At ETI, we believe this work must be accessible and reflective of the diverse spectrum of people it is here to serve. If the field of psychedelic care is to grow with integrity, it cannot be shaped by a single voice or perspective. It needs practitioners from different backgrounds, experiences, and motivations — people who can meet others where they are.
