Our Therapist Network

Prepare for and integrate your journey

We’re often asked for recommendations of therapists and practitioners who can offer additional support and guidance before and after a journey with ETI. While our retreats include group preparation and integration calls, you may be seeking a more personal and ongoing relationship.

Below you’ll find a list of trusted colleagues you’re welcome to contact directly. Each has both personal and professional experience working with psychedelics and is familiar with the ETI approach. Feel free to contact us if you’d like help with a recommendation.

How they might support you

Each practitioner in our network brings a unique blend of professional training and lived experience. Depending on where you are in your journey, they can offer support in a number of ways:

Multiple low beds with orange blankets, navy pillows, and folded orange and navy towels, arranged in a row in a hotel room with framed moss art and soft ambient lighting.

Preparation

Preparing for a psychedelic experience is as important as the experience itself. A therapist can help you:

  • Clarify your intentions and explore your motivations

  • Identify internal or external blocks that may arise

  • Build psychological and emotional readiness

  • Develop grounding tools and integration strategies in advance

Integration & Ongoing Support

Integration is the process of making sense of and embodying what emerges during a psychedelic experience. A therapist can support you to:

  • Reflect on the insights or challenges that surfaced

  • Understand and anchor emotional or spiritual shifts

  • Translate the experience into meaningful change

  • Navigate any difficult material that may have emerged
